Creating a bespoke ring with Rubie Rae Jewellery is a deeply personal and rewarding journey. Whether it’s a custom engagement ring, a remodelled heirloom, or a meaningful gift, we guide you through every step — blending your ideas with our artistry to create a piece that’s truly one of a kind.

1. Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a warm, relaxed consultation. This is our chance to get to know you, your story, and your vision. You’re welcome to bring inspiration, sentimental stones, or inherited jewellery you’d like to transform.

2. Hand-Drawn Design & Concept Development

Unlike many jewellers, we don’t use CAD. Instead, our skilled designers work in the traditional art of fine pencil drawing, creating beautifully detailed, hand-rendered designs that bring your ideas to life with warmth and personality. This step is collaborative — you’ll see your design evolve, with the opportunity to refine details until it feels just right.

3. Stone Selection (If Required)

If you’re sourcing a new centre stone, we’ll present a carefully chosen selection of gemstones or diamonds — including ethical natural and lab-grown options — that suit your design and budget. You’re involved in every step of choosing the perfect stone.

4. Handcrafting Your Ring

Once your design is finalised, your ring is handcrafted by our skilled makers using traditional techniques and responsibly sourced materials. Every detail is finished with care and precision. Crafting typically takes around 4–6 weeks, depending on the design.

5. The Final Presentation

When your bespoke ring is ready, it’s presented in beautiful packaging. More than a piece of jewellery, it’s a timeless symbol of your story — made just for you.
