How Jewellery Remodelling Works
Is Remodelled Jewellery Hallmarked?
1. Free design consultation.
By appointment at our Harrogate studio, or at your home or workplace across Leeds, York and Ilkley. We look at your stones and metal together and talk about what you would love to wear.
2. Hand-drawn design.
Our designers create beautifully detailed pencil drawings of your new piece, supported by CAD where helpful. Nothing is made until you are delighted with the design.
3. Handcrafting.
Your stones are carefully removed and reset, and your gold can often be reused or offset against the cost. Crafting typically takes around 4–6 weeks.
4. The reveal.
Your remodelled jewellery is finished, polished, hallmarked and presented – the same story, ready for its next chapter.
What does remodelling cost?
Because you already own the stones – and often the gold – remodelling is frequently more affordable than buying new. Simple resets start from around £495, with fully bespoke redesigns quoted individually after your consultation. The complete price is agreed before any work begins.
